Important: Packet Loss

Dear Customers,
Some users have reported packet loss which is affecting some services. We have opened case with our vendor to have this investigated and should know the source of the issue soon.
*Update*
The issue regarding packet loss has been isolated and a hardware replacement to fix the issue has been scheduled in the time window of 2am to 7am Tuesday 06/02/2007. Total loss of connectivity whilst this hardware is replaced is estimated to be about 10-15 minutes during this window.

Our technicians have resolved this issue at about 1:00AM AEST this morning. If anyone is still suffering issues please contact our office

Important: QLD ATM Issues

Dear Customers,
Our carrier suffered from yet another ATM card fault last night. Between the hours of 11PM-1AM there were several net drops which resulted in limited or no connectivity. This was fixed several times before stability was restored just after 1AM.
I'd like to remind our customers in QLD that the appropriate action is being taken to ensure that these issues become a thing of the past.

Important: I-Burst Connectivity

Dear Customers,
We have just spoken to our I-Burst provider and been informed that they are having connectivity issues. Their technicians are currently working on the issue and will have it resolved ASAP.
Please don't change any settings or have any concerns about your local setup as this issue will be resolved shortly, simply try to reconnect periodically.
According to our providers this issue has now been resolved.

Important: Victorian Maintenance

A faulty switch has been replaced early this morning causing a loss of netflow in the Victorian region. An issue was noticed last night and emergency action was taken so that we could have this resolved before the start of the business day.
Connectivity has now been restored and if you suffer and further issues it's recommended you contact our support desk.

Due to an issue with one of our upstream carriers around 1am this morning some connectivity has been lost throughout Victoria. Our carriers technicians are working on this issue at the moment and they will have connectivity restored ASAP. Comcen apologises for the inconvenience caused.

Important: International Connectivity Outage

Due to a underwater cable cut by one of our upstream carriers, some international capacity between Australia and the US has been lost, causing possible congestion on international traffic. Our network engineers are working with our upstream carriers to resolve the issue.
Update: Our upstream carriers has advised us that the link is now back up. All international traffic should return to normal.
